(14063) Great looking as is Gotham 17 Jeweled Watch that is silver.  This watch needs the hour hands - the good news is the second has does work when I wind it so it won't be much to fix it.  I let you fix it to keep the cost down for you.  It needs a good polish  ~ and  is a great looking watch with a Kresler Gold Bottom band.  The back of the watch has a monogram AEP '43.   It is 7/8" x 1 1/4".  $50.00 as is
